- How much should I budget for a portable toilet?
The cost of the portable toilet rental will be dependent on the size of your function, type of unit, duration of project or event, delivery plus any other factors related to the event and unit chosen.
- Are portable toilets required on construction job sites?
Pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, (OSHA) a portable toilet
is required on a construction site under the Safety and Health Regulations for
Construction (1923.51 (c) (1), 1926.51 (c) (3), (I), (ii), (iii), (iv). Further, most city
ordinances specifically state that a portable toilet is not only required but must also be

- What happens after my event is over?
After your event ends, the portable toilet is removed from the site. In compliance with sanitation regulations, the wastewater is taken to a wastewater facility and properly disposed of.
- Is there a minimum amount of time I have to rent the portable toilet?
No! It does not matter whether your event is projected to last a few hours, one day, or a few months, NJ Event Services

- What can I do to eliminate odors and germs on the portable toilet?
All of our portable toilets are thoroughly deep cleaned prior to delivery. Additionally, our employees will clean and sanitize the portable restroom at each service, and provide a particular detergent in the toilet. This special detergent sanitizes and serves as an odor remover to kill germs and keep a fresh scent throughout the portable toilet.
- What should I do if my portable toilet tips over?
When you have noticed or been informed that a portable toilet has tipped over, please
contact our office immediately. Our office will quickly dispatch our team to address the
tip over. Depending on the severity of the damage, we will either perform a thorough
deep clean of the unit or replace the toilet.
